Mr. Bacon is Treasurer of the Kaleida Health Foundation, and has been active on a number of other boards in the community.
Gregg M. Gellman

Formerly with Zimmer Biomet and Greatbatch, Incorporated , Mr. Gellman is a dynamic healthcare executive specializing in medical device commercialization, intellectual property design and management, regulatory strategy, product innovation, marketing, business development, project and supply chain management for both medical and technology driven markets. Mr. Gellman has served and currently serves in data-driven, strategic planning roles for both large and startup technology companies including Greatbatch Incorporated, Zimmer Biomet, Garwood Medical Devices, LLC. StimMed, LLC. and 22nd Century Group, Inc.
Throughout his career, he has managed the design and commercialization of technologically advanced applications and novel battery management systems. In addition, he has designed and commercialized various medical products that utilize portable power and wireless energy. These successes have been based on leveraging strong intellectual properties, implementing a swift regulatory pathway and optimizing manufacturing protocols to meet commercial timelines.
A Graduate of the State University of New York College at Buffalo, Mr. Gellman is clinically certified in Operating Room Protocol, Orthopedics, Osteobiologics, Electrical Stimulation, Bracing & Hardware, Blood Borne Pathogens and completed the requirements for HIPPA compliance in New York State. He is also certified in Quality Systems for Medical Devices: FDA's QSR and ISO 13485 and Global Product Submissions Directive Requirements 510(k), PMA, CE Mark.

Brian has always been fascinated with learning how things work, then making them better. From tinkering in his work shop to designing medical devices, innovation drives Brian to continuously improve the world around him.
Throughout his career, Brian has focused on RF design, advanced PC Board design, and battery powered device designs. Prior to joining Garwood Medical, Brian Peterson led R&D initiatives in his role as engineering manager at Anderson Power Products. Brian’s previous role was with Greatbatch, a Medical Device Design company, where Peterson started and led the Advanced Development Group. Under Brian’s leadership, the group created products and technologies around wireless communication, wireless power transmission, safety, and battery improvements, including Greatbatch‘ s first Wireless Energy Transfer Design. Brian has also made advancements in wireless communication, capacitive touch, and advanced safety features for batteries and medical devices.
Brian Peterson holds a Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BS in Electronic Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Brian’s commitment and passion for innovating has led to 8 patents granted, with an additional 25 patents pending where Brian was the principal engineer.
